Chequer Mead Theatre 30th Birthday Gala!

I'm delighted to be representing our Jazz Club on stage with Adrian York on piano.

This year, Chequer Mead Theatre is celebrating a very special milestone. Our 30^th Birthday.

To mark three decades of performances, events and unforgettable memories, we’re bringing our community together for a very special 30th Birthday Gala.

Join us for a fun-filled evening of live entertainment from talented local performing groups and plenty of opportunities to raise a glass and celebrate everything that makes Chequer Mead so special.

But this celebration is about more than just a birthday. The Gala is also a fundraiser for Chequer Mead Theatre, helping us continue our work as a much-loved local theatre and community hub.

With the support of our wonderful audiences, performers, staff and over 70 regular volunteers, Chequer Mead continues to be a place where people can come together, enjoy the arts and feel part of their community.
